Video: Fifth Gear: Alfa Romeo MiTo vs Mini Cooper

As Fifth Gear’s Vicki Butler-Henderson plainly shows here, the normal, non-GTA MiTo is actually rather aesthetically pleasing. Moreso than the MINI? That part’s debatable.
Know what, though? I’d still take the Fiat 500 Abarth SS. ;D

If Chrysler manages to bring this car to our continent, they may have actually done something good, which would be both welcome and surprising. I really wouldn’t mind getting a chance to play with the MiTo GTA some day.

Actually Peter Orosz (of Hyperleggera fame) had an interesting article on the MiTo GTA today that was published on Jalopnik. He was saying that the MiTo GTA is a truer expression of Alfa Romeo than the 8C Competizione and that it is the MiTo that should lead the charge into the North American market, not the 8C. Interesting idea, if not just plain entertaining.
