Why risk your life on the frozen Canadian highways in a 28-year-old bucket to leave Broadway for Saskabush? Because Regina is home to CWS Tuning where the Rabbit will receive a 1.9L TDI from an ’03 Jetta and a 5-speed tranny from a ’98. I guess Canadians are the go-to people when it comes to tuning and modifying oil-burners. Who knew?
